Ethical leadership,:- Its a very much Ethical company. Environmental sustainability:- its truely a leader in Environmental sustainability. People are really nice, No Bossy mentors.

Cons

People near to main branches gets more attention then people who are staying away. No special polices for Resident Engineers.

There are no pros in working for Chubb period.

Cons

They hire sales people with impossible quotas to achieve. Management has no idea of how the real world functions and they promote people in to management position that don't have even the slightest idea how to manage people.
