      Pros

      I cannot think of any reason anyone would want to work st Carrier

      Cons

      I interviewed at carrier 3 months ago and I am still waiting for my reimbursement check (which is not much)> I am not sure if the company is having financial problems, but everytime I call, I am told I will get it in the next 10 days. I would not recommend that anyone interview with them, let alone work for them.

      Pros

      Sales training program. The individuals there truly care about the new SEs and do their best.

      Cons

      They don't pay the recorded commissions. This applies to both standard sales as well as sales spiffs I had documented and still was not paid. The warranty process is broken. Most of my time was spent cleaning up messes not out selling.

      Pros

      Good brand, well know in local market and the world. Large company.

      Cons

      Some subsidiary company has a weak management. No royalty from employees. Many internal problem, but all never been solved for further growth. Teamwork is less.
