      Pros

      benefits are good, you can wfh(work for home), people are nice. You can relax and join this when you are ready for retirement..relax work env..you can finish the work in two days and enjoy two days in office and one day work from home

      Cons

      Old People… no drive for learning…boring company. I wasted my couple of years. Techonology has moved a lot outside but in Chubb its still 19th century and it will never happen. Mgmt try to bring Indian outsourcing company to move little faster but outsourcing is not the solution. In my exit interview HR said we are insurance company we don't need Technology guys… No free christmas party

      Pros

      Nice schedule and management. They seemed to only want the best for their employees. Good support to get the training you need to excel at your position. This office is closed as far as I know.

      Cons

      The environment could've been a little cleaner. The floors were stained and nasty. Some training were unnecessarily mandatory. Pay was quite low. The company laid off the entire office over a year period.

      Unrealistic goals are always set, Company runs too lean. Not a good place to work if you have young kids as you won't see them much.
