Pay is alright, If you perform and solve stakeholder's problems, you will get visibility which you can use. Work environment is not that challenging. Good retirement company, good place to work if you're looking to get settled.

Cons

If you expect software engineering at scale, you will be disappointed, the engineering culture here is mediocre and the people are averse to adopt cutting edge solutions. Not a good place to stay for long if you want to grow in software engineering field.

It was literally the BEST place I had ever worked. Pay was outstanding. Greatest Friendly environment. Always something to do

Cons

Senior Management was HORRIBLE. Wouldn't listen to employees . Let people who had broken Carrier Cardinal rules keep job and fired who they didn't like
