Pros

Nothing as I haven't seen anything.

Cons

Firstly the leadership style relies heavily on favoritism and regional bias. Promotion and growth are currently tied to personal relationships rather than professional merit, leading to a fragmented and political toxic work environment. The organization is currently facing serious structural and leadership gaps that are impacting employee morale and performance. # Lack of defined SOPs and process governance # Frequent unrealistic targets without data-backed planning # Weak cross-functional stakeholder alignment # Inconsistent leadership behavior and unprofessional communication in meetings # Regional favoritism and visible bias in growth opportunities # Limited training, development, or structured career progression # Procurement function treated like a sales target-driven team rather than a strategic value driver # Lack of data transparency and systems support # Job security concerns due to unstable management decisions #HR function perceived as management-aligned rather than neutral and employee-centric #Employee concerns often go unaddressed, reducing trust in grievance mechanisms

Pros

Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect the professional standards typically associated with a leading organization.

Cons

During my tenure, I observed several structural and leadership challenges that significantly impacted organizational effectiveness. There appeared to be gaps in leadership alignment and middle-management capability, resulting in inconsistent direction and limited strategic clarity. Standard operating procedures and governance frameworks were either unclear or not consistently implemented, leading to operational inefficiencies and accountability gaps. Cross-functional stakeholder collaboration was limited, with insufficient data transparency and reporting infrastructure to support informed decision-making. At times, communication standards in meetings did not reflect a professional corporate environment. Performance expectations were often set without adequate alignment to market realities, resource availability, or structural readiness. I also observed instances where regional bias and favoritism impacted team morale and merit-based growth opportunities. Career progression pathways, training programs, and long-term development planning were limited, creating concerns around growth and job security. Additionally, procurement was frequently measured against aggressive revenue-style targets rather than value-driven strategic KPIs, which diluted its intended role as a governance and optimization function.

Pros

- Market competitive pay due to smaller employer brand footprint - Some teams have lax WLB policies

Cons

- Leadership is always into busy work, to one-up each other - Revolving door: they walk people out at all levels frequently and without notice - Toxic culture in Technology team (DT) driven by leader
