      Pros

      Free Coffee.... on some of the floors. Most of the people (non-management) are decent people. Cafeteria while offering simple offerings is super cheap and very high quality with daily menu.

      Cons

      Weak management. Kodak mindset lacking in the will or imagination to innovate. Constant rumor mill of being sold due to being owned by a holding company. Management will not back you in any way. Loyalty is not an asset.

      A crippled 'going concern'

      Lots of fun things to work on. Innovative products. Good, smart people. Good compensation.

      Cons

      Crippled company (for now). Kodak Health/Carestream has been a crippled company for almost a whole generation. Way back in the Kodak days, the company was not able to re-invest its profits back into the company, as the money was absorbed back into other failing Kodak businesses. Then the company is sold to a capital investment firm and the company once again cannot re-invest its profits back into the company due to Onex extracting as much money as it can out of the business. Carestream is a going concern, but it is a crippled company. It will be until it is sold to someone that wishes to expand.
