      Pros

      The place is a cesspool. Strong comradery amounts those who perform helps you get through the day.

      Cons

      I have never worked for a company with the level of incompetence at the senior management and executive level seen at Carestream. The Peter principle is very much alive and well.

      Pros

      Dedicated employees who care more than management. Pay is average, and benefits were once good.

      Cons

      Management was engaging Enron annual review process, firing the bottom 10 percent for the past 10 years, but now that a significant percent if the employees have quit, they ended that practice and have deeply cut the 401k program and earned vacation benifits for 2019 and beyond . The culture is bad, and has turned toxic. Fear is the culture here.

      Pros

      Use to be a fairly decent place to work.

      Cons

      Zero respect for employees. This " lucky to have a job " only goes so far. Ridiculous turn around on people. At some point the company has to take responsibility for that.
