Pros
Some of my coworkers were nice, caring people that I will continue relationships with. Technical work was interesting.
Cons
There is no opportunity for growth. Employees are not valued. Salaried employees are told to work 60 hours a week minimum. Management asks how they can help and does the opposite. Men are consistently favored over women. Constant fear of being laid off. Pay was inconsistent for people with the same title/responsibilities. Scapegoating was common. Overall a toxic and disappointing work environment.
