Horrible work life balance - always require you to work overtime.

All the overtime you can work, if you want.

Cons

12+ hour shifts, mandatory overtime, old and outdated machinery that constantly breaks down ran by computers running outdated software such as Windows 98 and XP!

Your left alone and not micromanaged. A few genuinely nice co-workers. Good portable machine

Cons

No room for growth, reeeeeally bad upper management, low base salaries, hostility and toxicity within the workplace is at an all time high. Favoritism. No real new products to sell now or in the foreseeable future. :-(
