Wonderful, dedicated people around the world Fantastic legacy foundation (from Kodak) Amazing, loyal customers who WANT the company to succeed

Cons

Greedy, single-minded senior leadership (CEO, owners, board) No investment in employees since Onex bought company from Kodak Key jobs are consolidated - leaving a strong impression that the company is being harvested.

Producing products that are useful and needed. Plenty of parking spaces. In the right circumstances gain exposure to international employees and different cultures.

Cons

Poor leadership throughout . Top down mandates , lacking team spirit, little diversity, poor recognition, non-existent diversity of thought, immature/week HR, limited to no professional education/continuing skill building.
