Company have great products and markets them well. New products being introduced yearly will make this company successful for a long time to come

Cons

Communications from management to employees usually negative. Corporate culture is driven by use of fear and threats and at extremes verbal abuse by management. The company uses relative assessment to rate the employees which in reality drives a culture pitting employee against employee. Employee morale poor within our division

Great team at lower levels.. Hard workers are all that is left after years of eliminating lower 10% each year..

Cons

Upper management is clueless. Operates on quarterly bonus, to quarterly bonus mentality. Retired after 35 plus years with Kodak / Carestream... Would have been nice to at least get an email from upper management thanking for service... got nothing.
