The x-ray products they make are very exciting to work on. And the engineering team is talented

Cons

The company lacks a vision of how to stay relevant. They've had multiple major product misses and waited way so long to update flagship product designs that they've fallen behind the competition. After mass layoffs and retirement packages much of the in house talent had left and the replacements came way too late so there was no crossover. The company is way too top heavy with many teams consisting of more managers than engineers
