The annualy increase of salary does not cover the inflation Very hard to promote as positions dont come available for years

Pros

Some of my coworkers are nice. I enjoyed the small talks about everything not relating to work. Pay is okay. Food trucks are nice and it's usually once a month.

Cons

Training can be very unorganized. Expect to learn everything yourself. Management is not great.
