Pros
great R&D Teams and core teams. upper management is not always aligned or easy to communicate with but usually listen when you make a point. The quality group is striving to really change the culture to have a positive, continuous improvement, quality focus mindset and it is starting to catch on.
Cons
Direct supervisor does not believe women should be in the workplace. Overall there is still some turnover that needs to take place in some areas of management (and other pockets) from the transition of Kodak to CSH (owned by Onex).
