      Great team at lower levels.. Hard workers are all that is left after years of eliminating lower 10% each year..

      Cons

      Upper management is clueless. Operates on quarterly bonus, to quarterly bonus mentality. Retired after 35 plus years with Kodak / Carestream... Would have been nice to at least get an email from upper management thanking for service... got nothing.

      A toxic place to work, threatening and anxiety-provoking.

      Pros

      Benefits are good. They keep the place looking good, with periodic makeovers of the carpets, interior decor, etc. Cafeteria food OK, opens early. Some employees are smart and worth working with. The actual work can be quite interesting. Strong HR and Marketing organizations.

      Cons

      Managers can be incredibly cruel, to the point of psychotic. Beware managers who ask you to set "stretch" objectives at the beginning of the year, then claim credit (and bonuses) for them at the end of the year, leaving you with only an attaboy. Employees extremely paranoid, afraid of co-workers ratting on them, or managers berating them for taking a break or working less than 10 hours a day (this is a white-collar environment?). Cafeteria food expensive.
