As a Carestream Field Service Engineer, the other Field Service Engineers, remote support, and senior leadership work hard to make sure all your needs are met in this industry so you can succeed. This includes documentation, scheduling, technical information, tools and equipment, and on and on. It is extremely rare to have not what you need or your questions answered on the job, and even more so to feel stuck or lost on what to do next.

Cons

Career path progression. There is plenty of opportunities to grow your experience and skills, technically speaking, but it could be more clear on to what positions and paths those skills can take one to beyond being a more qualified Field Service Engineer.
