Pros

Competent, interested, involved colleagues. Product and process continuous innovation meaning bright technical future. Significant world-wide market share in growing field (medical devices) Ability to learn field if invest the effort.

Cons

Danger that whole divisions with brand identification are being moved to China. Great if you are in that country, not good if in the rest of the world. Top down management, not the current "Google" style where employees are honored. Waterfall project management (but opportunity to change culture if ambitious)
