      Good flexibility and balance as well as pay

      Cons

      Management does not care about employees. Rarely do they acknowledge any team or individuals. They care only about money and themselves. They force rank employees into the 9 box frame which hasn't been popular in 20 years. Why would you encourage competition among employees vs cooperation?

      Management clearly more concerned with their own status and compensation than with the good of the company Forced bell-curve rating system -- a 5 of people in each dept. MUST be given the lowest possible ranking , no matter how good they are... barbaric system
