Foid compensation, pretends to care about future.

Cons

It's all talk about improvement but ridiculously naive. Big projects continue to fail so the upper managememt has their ranking process set up to find scapegoats rather than look deep in to it's own problems. I feel sorry for new people we hire, i want to tell them to run.

There are none. I mean absolutely none.

Cons

Long hours, very stressful, rude customers to deal with, poor training, really bad management, coworkers are drugies and flunkies, no foreseeable future or advancement, regulated time like the Army for your breaks, poor communication, old out of date software, too many moving parts creating a lot of confusion, and very very poor management.

average salary, average benefits, pretty much average on everything. the day by day is simple, easy and unchallenging.

Cons

straight crazy management guidelines, nearly imposible to change the old school kodak way to work, with the same kodak results... imposible to grow on the company unless you "know somebody", border line illegal attitudes and in some cases illegal actions that are only corrected after a friendly reminder of the law.
