Have talent people and good products

Cons

Terrible management and leadership team. The whole company is in a messy and everyday is like a "ready to be sold" situation. With useless HR leaders transferring from Logistics without HR knowledge/experience and making company a real mass. No team work and didn't feel there is a company culture.

Good place for work life balance, soft culture, many employees worked for long time. International medical company with global penetration.

Cons

Lack of strategic focus, no obvious competitive advantage versus the domestic and international players. Innovation capability isn't very strong, no big moves for M&A. Top heavy and lack of mobility.
