      Extended Product Portofolio in Radiology and Healthcare IT. Trend setter in many fields of radiology (first wireless cassette sized detector in 2009. Satisfying level of work/life balance.

      Cons

      No clear vision and values. Micromanagement. Vertical structure creates silos. Insufficient on boarding process. Lack of human resources.

      Pros

      There are many good, creative and intelligent people that are employed at Carestream. Despite the depletion of resources over the years after the company parted ways from Kodak, the employees that remain here (who went through the transition) are very committed to the cause.

      Cons

      Lack of resources and dispersing workload onto those who remain is the current climate here. This makes for long hours that are not only overlooked by management, but expected.
