Discount on cars. Huge inventory to choose from

Cons

Pay is extremely low for car sales, especially in a cross functional location. Not a job to have if you need to provide for a family. Work life balance is almost non existent. Management is unwilling to allow for you to request a specific day off in advance unless you use your vacation time, they solely go based off what schedule Kronos creates. 7 Saturdays off a year. No incentives to sell in cross functional. The top seller makes what the bottom seller makes.

Shortest days and work weeks in the business

Cons

Management positions pay half what similar positions at other dealers pay. New CEO keeps cutting pay and benefits across the board. He is a bean counter that does not value his employees.
