Fun environment, especially if you like cars. Lots of events and friendly coworkers. Good promotion from within.

Cons

How much you can make is out of your control. Commision based sales, but flat rate. Around $100 a car. If you don't make minimum wage from commissions you get subsided pay, which you have to pay back if you make more next check
