Camax is a pretty god company to work for, it has good benefits, and employees are very friendly.

They need to have more competitive managers, they don't see or hear the reality of the employees.
When all the big shots come in, managers are all smiles, but after the big guys leave they look like a sour puss.
Fun Environment. Straight forward sales process. Good traffic, Good benefits. Actually feel like the company cares for its employees well being. Selection of products to sell is very good.

Hours required due to being straight commission sales. Micro managed and too report oriented. No real effort to become a more paper free company.
Part time car sales are nearly non existant in this area, but CarMax allows me to work only evenings and weekends.
Cons
Some shady sales people will take half of deals from you, and some others will flat out try to steal entire deals from you! You will occasionally open up a car to sell it and find that the detailers haven't bothered to vacumm up the cracker crumbs from the previous owner's children under the seats. You will also find that the system changes, or the corporate rules have changed without any sort of notice.
