Cons

Long hours, ok pay but low as far is industry is concerned fort a Service Writer. Alot of policies that arent strictly enforced but if you break one, bye bye. Depending on managment, they are very flexiable with attendance.

Good Growth, Good benifits pkg. Good diversity of associates. Long term career plans. Good associate development program. Stong senior team.

Cons

Need more work life balance. Need more store level input to corporate. Company undergoing cultural shift to more black and white. Not open to opinions.

Pros

Great pay for the job, good direct boss, and low-stress environment. It was a great job to get through college.

Cons

Fellow employees were sometimes on the lazy side, and got upset if outperformed. That seems to be typical everywhere, though.
