Pros

Culture of the workplace is the best in the auto industry. Growth potential is high for entry to mid level mgt. Salary is good for retail salary levels. Business model is excellent and will expand over next few years.

Cons

Field decision making ability is becoming more limited and taking away the local market focus that the company started with. Continued comparisons to "the Walmart of the car business". Salaries are about half of what industry pays.

Pros

Promotion opportunities are available throughout each store many locations to transfer to across the U.S. management time away policy is valuable

Cons

work/life balance is hard to maintain since it is a retail environment new company so still developing policies and procedures

Pros

Professional & fair. Training good. Everybody knows what there role is. A sense of teamwork. Associates all were very nice

Cons

Hours long if your a sales associate. Customers who want to abuse you like other car sales people who make a lot off of one sale.
