Pros

Direct feed back is good when you come from a job history that had little or no feedback. They are always treating employees to lunch. Work as a team, its not all on you, if you are a good team member.

Cons

The feedback is very direct and sometimes harsh. At times you had too much feedback. Confidence is a big key as a buyer. If you have too much negative feedback and don't know how to process it, you can spiral downward quick. You have to be on your toes and have an answer good or bad. if its bad you will know! Being in an office with all managers at times you get advice from all over the place. It sometimes feels like several people are running the show.

Pros

A good place to start a career if you are in the right area. They offer Car discounts,Vacation and sick time pay. Health care and tuition reimbursement.

Cons

If you are friends with the right people you will go far. It's all about who you know and not what you know.

Sundays off...decent training program. pretty good benefits

Pay wasn't great. co-workers work cut throat but that's sales!
