Pros

There are many advancement opportunities but you will have to move. The benefits package is really good offering dental, medical, vision, and more. Few people have to work late making for a decent work/life balance. Management is forgiving of mistakes if you don't repeat the same ones. Training is excellent. Managers and most co-workers are easy to get along with. Recognition is given for great performance. Uniforms are comfortable and casual.

Cons

Schedule isn't flexible. Hours vary from week to week and day to day. There is high turnover in sales department. Some co-workers can be a challenge to get along with but that is to be expected anywhere. If you are one of the people staying late it can be unknown as to what time you will get to leave. Sometimes a department can get undermanned for the amount of work that needs to be done.
