Pros

Great benefits, constantly growing and changing. All training is offered and encouraged.

Cons

Very Very strict work enviroment. Some people love it but its the same policies that you enforce that end up bitting you in the but.

Pros

Good company culture, lots of great co-workers, most sales people come from other backgrounds. Excellent, award winning training program

Cons

Commission per sale is quite low, is flat fee. A bit controlling about the ongoing training.

Pros

They are closed for Easter, Christmas and Thanksgiving....those are the highlights.

Cons

Selling or trying to sell vehicles that do not meet the standards as set by the company. Oh wait...the company lowered the standards so it could be even more profitable.
