Pros

Good business culture with high respect and integrity by associates Unbelievable growth potential

Cons

Pay scale is very behind for Sales Managers considering their growing responsibility for resolving all customer issues, unrealistic sales development programs, and ultimate accountability for security of a multi-million dollar inventory every night. At-risk compensation component is very disproportionate.

Pros

Good atmosphere and pay. Good discounts on parts and tires etc. Get to check out and drive some interesting cars.

Cons

Management tries to implement to much at once. Certain groups of people can back stab you if you are not careful. Those same people are also the ones that management bends over for.

Good people, access to discounted cars, good benefits, free lunch sometimes

Cons

The pay, associates are required to attend monthly meetings on how to answer questions so that Carmax will be a top 100 company. Without this, Carmax would NOT be a top 100 company.
