Pros

Benefits are good for full-time employees. Commission sales jobs are decent starter jobs for young people.

Cons

Very WOKE company and it is forced on you as an employee through required training and constant reads in newsletters. They want YES men/women and DO NOT want your opinions or ideas. Employees are scared to offer opinions or truth, even on anonymous surveys. High turnover and quick to fire even good employees. Tenure is more important than skill for promotions. Upper management is out of touch and playing catchup to competition. Store management goes unchecked due to no visits from corporate leaders and regional manager visits 2-3 times a year only. Culture is to always be inputting observations in writing for almost every employee. These come across as write-ups and associates feel like their jobs are always a step away from termination.

People focused environment. They care more about their associates than metrics. Heavy focus on growth and development.

Cons

Not ideal for people who love driving numbers alone. Not ideal for people who are climbers without taking care of others.
