Pros

An extensive and great training program. Nice atmosphere and code of conduct among employees. Management did well engaging its employees and getting lots of pizza parties for them. I️ don’t eat pizza though

Cons

The company makes you take training refreshers constantly, Weekly meetings and makes you answer the phones for 3hrs a few times a week. The Only way you get paid is if you sell a car or buy someone’s car and that can’t be done while doing everything else required. I’ve only listed a few requirements here. Believe me there is more. I️ felt sorry for my fellow salespeople working in those conditions. It didn’t take me long to figure out it wasn’t for me. I️ refuse to work for a billion dollar company for free. This is only in the Nevada location. I️ hear the California locations don’t get away with that.

Discount on labor service & parts for your car. A lot of advancement opportunities available

Cons

The CSR position does everything. There is a lot that you have to learn in training, which you will be quizzed on at the end of training and if you don't not pass you will get the job. No vacation, medical or dental benefits for part time.
