Pros
CarMax was an amazing place to work. Not just because the company and its values, but the people are just simply amazing. I will standby the statement of "this is the best part-time job anyone can have." You can make really good money depending on how many cars and warranties you can sell. The training program could be updated, but it is a good program set up with videos and hands on training.
Cons
The hours can be a drag sometime because Saturdays are a requirement, but that is to be expected in car sales. Sometimes the customers can be rude or not be in the best spot financially to purchase a car.
