Pros

Good pay, awesome employees, company takes care of every associate. Voice your opinion. Oh and not to mention awesome benefits.

Cons

There is no annual raise like most jobs. Depending on your department, days off can be prestigious. And attendance policy can be very tricky.

I spend most of the time driving new cars around and sometimes driving between dealerships which is pretty fun especially when getting paid to do it.

Cons

It's fast paced so it's hard to get time to get training done towards follow-on certifications.

Personal growth, Benefits, Work Environment,Culture, Training Opportunities I love it so far, work environment is great, employees are welcoming, and my manager is an excellent leader at work and out of the office. I feel appreciated and part of a great team. Excellent place to start your career with some of the best benefits you will get from a private sector employer.

Low Pay, Difficult Customers- But to be expected in retail environment!!
