Great benefits for full time and part time employees. The professionalism is very high and a must, but at the same time very friendly. Teamwork plays a big part in all departments.

Cons

Pay could be slightly better. Work is very tedious but nobody acknowledges the fact the this position is extremely valuable and makes a huge impact on their overall goal, which is to sell a lot of cars. Managers are inexperienced and no nothing about the position that we host but yet they try by sharing their ideas about ways to "improve" our company and make it become more efficient. Advancement opportunities is very limited if they don't think your "trainable"; they will venture out, even if they have to pull someone off the street and train them to their "standards". Speaking of standards, the overall quality of our cars has dramatically decreased in my opinion. Everything is focused on numbers and the saleable target so the managers can get their bonuses.
