There are a lot of great development opportunities within the company and benefits that support education such as tuition reimburement and budget for training. The culture was very progressive and there is still a sense of this.

Cons

Recent leaderhisp changes are causing the culture to become more like a traditional corporation which is stifling the passion of all the employees.
