They provided a Guidewire certification training for 1 month.

Cons

If you're coming straight out of college, this isn't the right place for you to start your career. You will be placed in a client-facing role directly, regardless of whether you have any prior experience in the role or not. There's no manager/ senior person from Capgemini to guide you and you are expected to fulfil your client's requirements right from the first day you have been assigned to a client. If the client doesn't like your work/gives a negative feedback, you'll be fired by Capgemini regardless of whether you've tried your best or not. That was my story at Capgemini. Also, if you are being assigned to a 'Performance Improvement Program', which they claim is for mentoring/ helping you to improve your performance on a weekly basis for a month, consider it as a signal to search for a new job as they will fire you at the end of the program anyway, regardless of whether you've made any improvement during the program or not.

- good medical coverage - free drinks in the fridge

Cons

- poor HR, doesn't reply emails and need to be pushed - extremely poor bonuses - poor salary hike - pro-foreigner, pro-indian company, join if you legitly love indians.

Nice work culture, nice HR policies and quick resolution for your HR queries.

Cons

Very poor increment, worst variable payout strategy. Variable is give on yearly basis that to in next year quater only on condition that you should be not be on notice period.
