Cons

1).Dont Join LBS 'local Business Solution' BU otherwise you have to work from Client location untill you resign almost impossible to change the BU if it's LBS 2) Managers Dont Care abt employees working @ client site, rsources are head count and money making machine. 3) No Enjoyment no parties if working from client site. 4) NO JOB security - They can ask you to leave if you want to change the project or on bench. 5) NO Opprotunities for LBS people. 6) Treatment with employee is worst. 7) Management is technically 0 all sales & Marketing people.

Pros

Global company that offers competitive benefits and pay to attract talent. There are pockets of great people and innovations (if you have the time and resources to hunt them down)

Cons

Once hired, “talent” becomes a “resource,” and is treated as such. For a company that boasts of being among rhe most ethical in the world, Capgemini Americas far from lives up to expectations. There are great people at Cap; however, recent senior leadership changes have resulted in a dishonest, dehumanizing culture. Clients should only know the extent to which Capgemini simply does not care about the success of their clients or employees. Time and again, Capgemini over promises and under delivers, and then throws its hardest, most sincere workers under the bus. Most disturbingly, there is a recent trend of firing young, vibrant talent (mostly young women back, some back only weeks from maternity leave). There are many pockets of toxic masculinity that literally see nothing wrong with harassment. It is neither a safe nor supportive environment, and sales reps are treated like secretaries. I moved between teams, and I found the same situation almost everywhere. Additionally, the sales targets have been adjusted so they are impossible to hit. Rather than being g honest and doing layoffs, Capgemini’s strategy is to torture loyal employees out the door.
