Pros
- They have an office in a central location. It was easy for me to reach within 20 minutes. - Plenty of learning resources and materials that help you develop yourself in the consulting world - People generally were nice in the Prague office and very friendly including my ex-colleagues from there - They setup events from time to time like Christmas party.
Cons
Honestly speaking, I can't think much of negatives because the only negative thing is not really their fault and it all boils down to the client or project you've been assigned to. Otherwise, people are nice and supportive generally speaking. Sadly, in the Prague office, most roles are focused on very few or narrow industries
