Pros
-Good name in Telecom domain -Frequent internal training and option to nominate yourself for training scheduled -Complex projects that give you opportunity to learn
Cons
-Management sucks big time, people have turned managers not because of their capabilities but because of number of years they have spent here -Onsite opportunities are treated as a way to retain people within projects, this leads to a lot of politics within teams and dissatisfaction -Your ratings are decided upon your manager's perception of you and not what your team feels about you -You cannot say beyond your manager's word, his word is final -No access to HR, in 3 years that I spent there I never got to meet HR and share my problems
