      certification vouchers if you are in cisco TAC onsite opportunities are ample Even with office politics, appraisal is better than most organizations.

      inefficient middle and senior management office politics in promotions no certification reimbursement policies for most of the organization

      free food, reimbursement of medical and telephone for every month,good working culture, flexible time, most of peoples are good.

      Cons

      management only think how to fill his pocket .. no care about employee and getting project , some managers some employee are good and some are worst, Hr policies r not understandable, less leave.
