      Pros

      Founders are smart and nice, have a clear vision to lead Cambly. Have a very tight tutor and student community. Everyone in the team get along with each other very well and give support to each other whenever you need help. I worked for three Fortune 500 companies before joining Cambly, and Cambly is the most amazing place.

      Cons

      As a startup, there are always new things to build and fix, new problem to solve. Cambly still need to work on to provide a more integrated and smart product to make the teaching and learning easier.

      Really talented team, with a strong focus on technology and education. Endless amounts to learn and opportunities to grow and advance. The founders are smart, driven, and friendly. Really friendly environment and supportive teammates.

      Cambly is great. I get work with super smart people who care a lot about the tutors and students who use the service.

      Cons

      We get a lot of great ideas from the team, the tutors, and the students about how we should make Cambly better. We prioritize the projects that will help people the most, but there's still a lot of work left to do.
