      Pros

      I am currently traveling through Europe and without Cambly this would not have been possible. It has lots of resources in its libarary to help and support new teachers, the scheduling is flexible and the team is only an email away if you have any problems. They pay on time, weekly! You get to speak to lots of people all over the world and each lesson is different! In one conversation you can be teaching a doctor and the next you can be chatting to a whole family.

      Cons

      Like any call and demand system, sometimes it's really busy and sometimes it's quiet but you just need to take the rough with the smooth and manage your time accordingly. The team always keep us updated and let us know what they are doing to improve!

      Pros

      Cares about tutors and students. They try to offer helpful tutoring resources and tutors have the flexibility to help students with what they need or want to learn.

      Cons

      Minor: growing pains. Innovation is coming at a careful pace. This is not really a negative thing when making important choices and implementing technology.
