      Pros

      By being such a large firm RTKL has lots of opportunities and project variety. I feel that the legitimacy and respect I get from the industry, manufacturers and product reps here is really helpful to my career. My personal experience with staff and management has been overall very positive. This has been a great environment to mature as a designer and project leader in.

      Cons

      There are times when changes to technology, policy, and culture can take longer to implement than one would like due to the size of the company.

      Pros

      Wide range of projects and positions with many resources to draw upon. Room for growth in the company if motivated enough.

      Cons

      As with any large corporate firm there are a lot of politics involved with daily tasks. Design culture is not particularly strong.
