      RTKL offers a great environment of creativity with reasonable blend of business maturity and expectations.

      There is a persistent demand for performance that results in aggressive up and downsizing of staff based on economic conditions that is too short sighted compared to the long term costs of such a process.

      Pros

      Office is nicely decorated. Many local lunch options. There are some bright young designers.

      Cons

      Bad parking situation. Creative & skilled people stay for a year or 3, leaving only the inept to run the place. Socialist-style company culture. Benefits are below average. Lots of dead wood. Excessive evening, weekend & holiday work requirements.
