Pros

They will only screw up your paycheck on occasion. You will get paid every week. Having a 401k was nice.

Cons

When they takeover the shop your working at, everything will change. The push push push for the end of the month was ridiculous, shop managers were just trying to reach sales goals and not ecd's. Having random corporate managers watch over your shoulder without even knowing their name was absurd.

Pros

Hard working Account Managers to keep the insurance companies happy with the company and allowing us to continue with their business.

Cons

Almost everything! No time for proper training, no organization, and it was always hard to know who my real manager was!

Pros

There’s used to be pros but they have all been restricted or completely taken away

Cons

Corporate company that is extremely disorganized. Management has no idea what’s going on, but the company makes big profits due to its sheer size. Corporation has thousands of employees it has to pay, worked here for 7 years but a raise was always out of the corporate budget. Everything is about the company’s profit. No care or discourse for employees. Definition of corporate America
