Pros

Progressive proactive customer centric organization with exceptional management team. Growth opportunities abound in the rapidly consolidating industry of collision repair. This company is on the forefront of the growth curve. Great culture. Invests heavily in people through leadership development training. Most of the operations leadership team has been with the company in excess of 10 years; these guys and gals are top notch!

Cons

Must be comfortable with almost constant change as company evolves.
