Pros

Work can be steady at the right location

Cons

A high turn around for estimators , parts and management so it can be difficult for an experienced tech or painter if you have to constantly train a crew. If you plan on moving up as a tech you found your glass ceiling. One review in the last 3 years and it was emailed to me 10 months after they said I had it.
