Pros

If you work smart and Hard, and your techs, painters, parts and insurance vendors are in good standings with your boss then you will make money

Cons

The pros is a big if, you can work hard and smart, but if everyone else doesn't then your performance and goals doesn't matter and you will fail.

Pros

As a JOB, not a career, it's dependable.

Cons

Everything in the other CSR post. They hit it spot on. I especially hate that everyday my work load increases and feeling so unappreciated. Ol' boys club (even with the women) with no room for growth unless you want to travel. It IS already the Walmart of repair shops. And Walmart only pays 2 dollars less to their cashiers than what my position pays.
