Pros

None- AQUIRED NOT HIRED! 5 words required

Cons

Horrible; what a joke of a company! I have never been so disrespected! If you are finding yourself wanting to work for "Caliber" RUN FOR THE HILLS! Go anywhere else; no care for customer service or care in general esp. of employees! You're a fill in for the next corporate joke; trust me, I am a vitale asset to my former "center manager" haha! If you want a real job and respect look somewhere else. Their so called HR was made aware and laughed... No company to put your name on. Truly living up to the Walmart of body repair, but I wouldn't even disrespect Walmart with that statement.

Pros

It has a great culture with focus on team members. The team is friendly and works hard. They provide career opportunities with many locations.

Cons

You are compensated based on your work so it can be very demanding but that's how you make money. HR processes could be better.

Pros

You are given a wider view of how body shops work from the most basics of writing an estimate to the depths of planning the repair, interacting with contractors and insurances.

Cons

The higher vision that the corporate office is trying to impose of leadership and group effort are counter-acted by the old boy network of shop managers. These managers have been in the game for years if not decades and see no need to change their management style. A system in which labor is a cost and must be kept low. The front office is terrible understaffed and holding on to the old structure is very detrimental to moral and the daily operations.
